How we handle contact, feedback and basic technical data

We keep our privacy approach simple: we collect as little as we need to answer legitimate messages and maintain the site responsibly.

What data we may collect

When you contact us through the site form, we may receive your name, email address, subject line and message. Basic technical information such as browser data, IP logs and server timestamps may also be processed as part of routine site operation and security.

Why we use it

We use contact-form information to respond to editorial questions, feedback, correction requests, privacy questions and general communication relevant to the site. We use technical data to maintain service integrity, diagnose operational issues and protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep message data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain an editorial record of the exchange or meet basic operational and legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to normal server and security practice.

Your choices

You can request that we review, correct or delete message data you have sent through the contact form where that request is appropriate and lawful. You can also use our contact address to ask what data was used in a specific exchange.
